At Villa Colli Storici, sustainability is not just a slogan to hang on the wall, but a series of concrete choices. All apartments are well-insulated against heat, cold, and noise; keeping them cool in summer, warm in winter, and quiet all year round. The heat pump heating systems and induction cooktops in every apartment run entirely on electricity. Furthermore, we generate a large part of that energy ourselves thanks to a photovoltaic system which, combined with storage batteries, covers up to 60% of our energy needs.

A fantastic holiday home on Lake Garda! The location is historic (an ancient monastery) and the owners have carefully blended modern furnishings and décor while preserving a classic feel.
